Growing up, my passion for athletics collided with bouts of illness and injury, causing me to be in and out of hospitals and on the couch. After a second shoulder surgery and a third round of prescription painkillers (thank you broken back), I confronted a problem I couldn't ignore. It was time to take responsibility for my life.

In 2015, I made a decisive choice to act, not just contemplate change. Running, kettlebell workouts, and my first yoga class opened my eyes to what fitness had to offer. After my first half marathon, I enrolled in NASM’s Certified Personal Trainer course, reluctantly swallowing some tough "I don’t know what I’m doing" pills.

Since then, my journey has seen me grow stronger, more confident, and remarkably resilient with less pain. Now, I guide others in transforming into a more kick-ass version of themselves. 

I specialize in nutrition, corrective exercise, injury prevention, and sport specific strength and conditioning.
